I have used this provider for more than 6 months

I had never been late even once to pick up my child and the one time I did it was due to my life being at risk dealing with a violent ex with a gun and had to deal with the police etc. They knew I was dealing with the police. Even after explaining part of the situation involving the police and putting myself LAST even though my life was literally at stake, I was offering to write to the staff member's professor a letter over the phone because that's all she cared about. I was still treated like garbage. The situation the 2 staff that are related to each other played the situation out real well. Denied everything that was said to me over the phone and at the front desk. Instead of being concerned with my life and safety of my child in their care, they were concerned with missing class because " missing class was their emergency". The staff did not care on any level nor did the supervisor. Literally, the supervisor when sitting down about the situation said " unfortunately with her emergency of getting in trouble for her missing class and your emergency happened at the same time" I didn't know losing your life was on the same level as getting a bad wrap from your professor. Entitled first world American attitudes beyond disbelief .There is a HUGE lack of safety measures in this facility. A huge lack of concern for the well being of the child and the parent. They do not follow any emergency phone procedures or anything any normal facility would. These are self absorbed entitled workers in this facility that only care about themselves. If blood was shed due to their negligence they will NO DOUBT say that they were justified for it. Sick and twisted workers including their supervisor.

I love this place! I have brought my kiddo here from 6 weeks to almost 4 years!! The staff have always been caring, understanding and professional with me and my family! I am also a staff member at the highschool so this program has been a godsend!
I would like to address the claims that "WorriedMother" talked about. Please note that the incident she is referring to is 3 YEARS old, since then the manager and the family have left the program. The remaining staff members were and continue to maintain professional relationships with families and coworkers. The manager who took the position is nothing short of amazing and I would recommend Baby Steps to anyone and everyone who needs a stable, safe environment for their family. In my opinion its seems like the "WorriedMother" review was written with the intent to spread confusion to others and damage the program, rather than to help others.

I feel the need to write this review as a public service announcement. I BEG you! Do NOT enroll your children in the baby steps program unless you are ok with the manager sleeping with your husband. Also the teachers were aware of the violation of the BCS code of conduct and protected the manager instead of reporting as they are expected to do per the same code of conduct. Not ONE of these teachers put the young children affected by this disgusting act, FIRST. DO not trust them with your children!!!!!
