The Learning Loft

This place is absolutely disgusting. I do not know how they stay in business after seeing how many times they have been reported to dhs... do not take your kids there. They have cockroaches terrible in the kitchen too and mice in the facility. So gross. They will let your kids eat food that mice have eaten through and that cockroaches have been in.

I have had nothing but excellent service since my children have started. The Learning Loft beyond exceeds my exceptations. Very unique fun-filled aatmosphere for the children as well as a welcoming and knowledgeable staff. The one on one parent/teacher communication is definitely a great perk along with the ability to text my children's teachers. A specific teacher taught my son how to write his name in less than two weeks! The preschool program is very prestigious and even targets children based on their academic skills to fully prepare them for kindergarten! It's safe to say, I have found my children's academic home. I would recommend The Learning Loft to anyone.

I had a visit with this place and liked it a lot from the beginning. The director said to e-mail her because that's the best way to get ahold of her. So once I made my decision about picking this day care I e-mailed her and never heard anything back. I called several times and left messages and never heard anything back which went on for weeks. Finally one of the ladies that works there said that they wouldn't have an opening for 2 months and I told her to put me on the list. 2 months went by and I started e-mailing and calling again to find out exactly when my child could attend. It's been weeks again and I've never heard anything back...mind you this is calling twice a day everyday for a week and half. Not worth anyone's time and effort to take your kids here. How they are in business with customer service and business etiquette like this I have no idea. If I could give it 0 stars I would.
