I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Most of the teachers in the preschool room were attentive to the children when they had a need. All the workers in the preschool room were very young. When I pick up my child they are gathered together talking amongst themselves. The projects the children do are educational and "fridge" worthy.
My child was bitten several times and began wanting to play "ninja" and "super hero", two very aggressive games that he apparently "played during free time with his friends".
The director of the daycare is impossible to get in touch with. She does not return calls. I asked for a receipt of my payments and it took over 2 months to get.
