Scarbrough Center

Sent my oldest son to this daycare for three years, and my middle son for two years, and my youngest for a year. We loved it, but when my wife switched scheduled she took a pay cut and we could no longer afford to send the boys there. This places was great! Of the three daycares we have been to, this is BY FAR the best. All the rooms are very open, the staff is experienced, they communicate frequently, and even held parent teacher conferences. With the older two in school, we are trying to figure out a way to get our youngest there for his last year of daycare, which is what led me to this site. The two top reviewers have no clue. Wait until they see what else is available for daycare. Had to write something positive after reading the top two reviews.

If I were you I would not go here! My child would come home filthy dirty, smelling, and was not able to eat or sleep their usual schedule at this place. Any time I would address issues or concerns with the teachers or director I was given an excuse. I don't feel the teachers cared about my child or their well being, not to mention my child was always sick!! They didn't have a clean facility and for what you pay (a lot!), your child doesn't even get a meal provided. Keep looking if you want quality care for your child, because you won't receive that here.

The director of this daycare is extremely rude and completely inflexible. I am a 4.0 student at southeast tech, I work hard and am extremely responsible. She discontinued care for my son because I didn't call to let her know that he wasn't going to be coming for a few days. I was never told that I needed to call in the case of his absence and was left without care for him during the time I needed to be in class. I find this unacceptable and received no help from her or the school. Just something to consider when enrolling your child here.
