I have used this provider for less than 6 months

So I go to get my kids today they say my son but a child because the kid was just standing there but my son has scratches on his face then I get my 10 month old from her room an they say to me well Gemma got bleach all over her clothes first off why wasn't bleach cleaned up before any child was there why is it just my child got into the bleach that is a safety issue I am worried so my kids are removed from this daycare I even have pictures of my kids clothes I will be reporting
