Kathleen called to apologize for her behavior until she saw my review then went off the deep end yet again. Threatening to sue me again for my review.
The first words out of my daughter when I picked her up was "one of the adults at stars threatened to slap a kid"
When I brought this up to Kathleen she started getting even more belligerent.
I have every right to write a review about her and the company she represents.
Kathleen was one of the worst people I have ever dealt with.
She was disrespectful of my wife even going as far as saying she was "abandoning" our children!
We were running 10 minutes behind due to traffic and her attitude was instant.
She threatened to sue us and to report us. I can not believe she is running this program.
