Reports from 04/2017 and 05/2017 substantiate my statements below.

This was a horrible ChildCare experience, not only is the facility dirty (dog poop all over the backyard), during my kids time at the facility there was an undocumented/uncleared adult male living in the home with the children under care that received no medical clearance to be around children. Furthermore, the OWNER hit my daughter (at the time about a year old) with a hardback book right on the top of the head which other children at the daycare did confirm, as well, my oldest daughter was harassed when using the bathroom which made her so uncomfortable she would call me to come pick her up from the daycare early JUST SO SHE COULD USE THE BATHROOM. All the above is fact and has been verified by the Department of Social Services. Aside from those interactions, Shala is the MOST rude person with regards to care because she plays favorites, she has family members under the care of Pamela Elliott (her own kids and cousins) in which are above the rules to include using a tablet or phone but other kids (my daughter) could not, they also took my daughter's phone during her time at daycare which resulted in myself having to pick up the phone and threaten the owner, Pamela Elliott, that she has no business touching my property and that if my daughter wants to use her phone, the daycare is not allowed to do a damn thing about it. There's more to say with regards to the horrendous "care" that my kids received but independent research using the link at the top will show how poor this daycare actually is. DO NOT ENROLL KIDS HERE!!!!

Elliott Family Child Care ( Mrs.Pam's) has been such a positive experience for my children. They are very caring and attentive to children. They have always kept great communication about what is going on with the children from a day to day basis.They are cooperative and their environment is very positive and educational.the children have never came home ad complained and the home is CLEAN!!. BEST DAY CARE EVER!!
