Excellent in every way. Our 7 year old went there and now our new little one. Pleased every day. They truly love each one as little individuals. A written report of the last feeding is given daily. Take a tour and you will see the quality and cleanliness is every day goals.
I had a horrible experience here. When out child first started attending, everything was fine. She had two teachers that she liked and I believe did a good job. Then teachers were switched around and all of a sudden she was being sent home repeatedly. Not for biting or harming another child, but for not listening. Her new teacher had no idea how to deal with a 4 year old. I'm sorry but if you can't get a 4 year old little girl to sit down then there is a problem with your approach, not the child. When a child is 4 they do not always listen at first but can usually be persuaded if you know what you are doing. The fact that my kid was sent home on many occasions is a major problem. My wife and I both work and this is unacceptable. Getting a call saying you have an hour to pick up your child because we couldn't get her to sit down for lunch is a major problem. Still waiting for call back from director.....
I wish I could write a good review about this center but unfortunately I cannot. My son works the night shift and needed a good place to send his son whom he has custody of. Of course his son was very upset, however daycare workers should know how to deal with a child that is upset. My grandson was told that if he was upset that they would call his dad and he would have to come pick him up and that's exactly what happened. Who in the world would tell a child that. Of course he threw a fit and the daycare called my son to have him come back and pick up his son. Not only did my son lose a day of work but the daycare workers taught my grandson that if he threw a big enough fit his dad would have to pick him up. That is complete laziness. If I had had a daycare do this to me when my children were small, I would have lost my job. Every child goes thru separation anxiety. This was completely unacceptable for the workers at this facility to react this way to a small child. If that's all the better you can handle a child then you are not fit to be watching children. My grandson is much happier now and my son has been able to go back to work.
