I have used this provider for less than 6 months

(sorry for the length, but I wanted to provide full context) My daughter ?(about 3 mo) ?was only here for 2 weeks before we had a problem. Mary just doesn't ?seem to ?know how to communicate effectively with parents. She asked me to supply larger bottles, which I was happy to do? if we needed to. The next morning I told the person in the baby room that I hadn't pumped extra the previous day since I didn't know they were requesting more, but said I would add another pumping session to provide more if I needed to in the future.? ?I ?did question why we needed more though, since most days they weren?'?t even giving my daughter all 3 bottles I provided (which to me signaled she was satisfied with only the 2). She then gave my husband a sheet that afternoon about how much formula a baby needs, even though my baby is on breast milk. She didn't seem to be at all knowledgeable about breastfeeding or breast milk and how it differed from formula and had no interest in receiving information about it from me. (Breastfed babies generally do smaller feedings but eat more frequently compared to formula babies and breastfed babies only take about 1-1.25 oz of milk per hour from 1 month on.) She also requested that I have my daughter's pediatrician confirm her weight was ok, which again I was happy to comply with if it would help diffuse the situation.? ?But even though I said I would get more milk if I needed to and said I had scheduled a weight check with her pediatrician to show she was perfectly healthy, she just kept pushing harder and harder which made me uncomfortable. To me, the issue should have been dropped once I said I would get more milk if needed and that I had an appointment with her pediatrician. ?I ?just ?ask?ed? a few questions ?trying to understand the situation? and Mary escalated the situation beyond repair. It just wasn't making sense ?to me ?that they were saying my daughter was still hungry but yet they were sending home a full bottle with my husband most days and constantly telling us what a sweet and happy baby she was. So, best case Mary was simply ignorant of the differences in breast milk and formula and wanted larger bottles because that is what she is used to seeing with formula and just has no interest in learning the difference. Worst case, she genuinely thought my daughter was still hungry but chose not to even give her all of the milk I had provided. ?The way things were handled was completely unprofessional and out of line in my opinion. I think the real issue here was ?communication. ?This situation just escalated far too quickly. It all could have been avoided if things were handled better, because I really don't think the situation needed to escalate the way it did. I hate that this didn't work out for us, but when you trust someone to care for your child, there really needs to be open, two-way communication for it to work. Unfortunately, that doesn't seem to be possible here.

*Note, I previously gave a 2 star rating on their Facebook page along with this exact review. However, they have since disabled the reviews on their page so that all previous reviews are hidden. That seems sketchy to me that they would hide all reviews so that other parents and potential clients will not see my experience. I would like any parents considering their facility to be able to see my experience and make their own decision.

Also, as additional info, we did take my child to her pediatrician for a weight check when requested by Little Lambs. Her doctor confirmed she was perfectly healthy and tracking right along her growth curve and that her current milk intake was sufficient. When we brought her for her 4-month well baby check yesterday, we were told the same. Her doctor is 100% happy with her growth and had zero concerns. Just for reference to show that we did have her pediatrician verify multiple times that she is growing exactly as she is supposed to and there was no reason for Little Lambs to question the milk I was providing and there was definitely no reason to escalate the situation the way that they did.
