Management does not communicate change over with staff members. On several occasion I would pick up my kids and someone new would be in the room with them. Absolutely no consistency! They seldom communicate things that may have happened to your child, a scrap, bump, bite etc. They are not wise in who they choose to put with your child. They hire people with little to no experience working let alone with children. They have no issue putting these new hires in the infant room. Then wonder why new hire is not changing the diapers, cleaning your child of spit-up etc. March of 2017 there was a child that had lice in the toddler room. Management never notified any one of this. We find out by the lead teacher and by having to ask. They put your toddler in rooms and with teachers that do not change diapers. They say it is at the end of the day and only for 45 minutes, but this is not true. My daughter was left there several times from 4pm on. Picked her up a little late, after 5pm in May of 2017 and she had pooped through her diaper and shorts. This was with one “teacher” in the room with two other toddlers. My daughter was so chafed from having to sit in her feces she could barely walk and was in tears. Management had no explanation for this and showed no concern. No attempt to call and check on my daughter, showed no concern even after we didn’t show up the next few days. They did call my wife a week after this asking for 30 bucks they said we owed on the account. I would NEVER allow my dog to stay at this place let alone my child. Management has very little concern for their lack of quality care.
