My grand daughter goes here & loved it. Teachers & other staff have always been so friendly. I would highly recommend this daycare.

I have used this provider for less than 6 months

Horrible facility.
They do not adequately supervise any of the children.
Multiple times I picked up my children with no teacher in their rooms.
Both children sustained injuries (I was not notified).
Staff are very unfriendly and rude.
Sanitary methods are not used for diaper changing and food prep.
For your children's safety, do not use this facility.

I have used this provider for less than 6 months

This is a horrible facility.
I would not recommend to anyone.
Kids are not adequately watched.
After having my kids in the facility for a short time, they were all injured she to improper supervision.
When I approached the owner, she used profanity with me and did not once apologize, but instead made excuses.
One of my children was injured on faulty equipment, requiring treatment at the hospital ( I was never notified and discovered this when I got home.

I would never ever recommend this facility to anyone.

Zero stars

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

I don't know how to explain how very disappointed I was. For starters my child always had a different teacher, which made him feel very uncomfortable and he was always getting "bumped" to another classroom. They are very disorganized and have no idea what's going on half the time. I'm pretty sure the owner has no idea what's goong on with anything but her self, because ever time I've been there's she's been stuck in that office of hers, no hello nothing. From my experience, my kido hated it... I wouldnt send yours there either. It was just definitely a very unprofessional day care

THIS DAYCARE IS VERY DIS-ORGANIZED .... NO ONE EVER SEEMS SURE OF WHAT GUIDELINES THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE FOLLOWING FROM ONE DAY TO THE NEXT .. NOR DOES THE OWNER (AMIE) EVER KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON IN THE CLASSROOMS FROM DAY TO DAY ... THEY ARE BEING INVESTIGATED BY DHS AFTER NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS ... THEY CHARGE THE PARENTS TOO MUCH MONEY, SAYING THAT THEY DIDN'T GET THEIR MONEY FROM DHS AND TAKING IT FROM THE PARENTS, WHEN IN FACT THEY DID GET PAID BY DHS ... THE DON'T KEEP A LOG OF WHEN THE GIVE THE KIDS THEIR MEDICINE, AND UNAUTHORIZED EMPLOYEES ARE GIVING THE KIDS THE MEDICINE, LET'S HOPE THE KIDS ARE GETTING THE RIGHT MEDCINE, BECAUSE THEY ARE SENDING THE WRONG MEDICATION HOME WITH THE KIDS AT NIGHT ... I COULD GO ON FOREVER ... NO GLOVES WHEN CHANGING DIAPERS ... MY GRANDCHILD DID GO THERE FOR ALMOST A YEAR AND THERE WAS ALWAYS PROBLEMS AND QUESTIONS ABOUT WHAT WAS GOING ON FROM DAY TO DAY ... CHARGING BOTH PARENTS(THAT AREN'T LIVING TOGETHER) MONEY FOR THE SAME CHILD ... WHEN THEY ARE ALREADY GETTING PAID BY DHS .... I COULD GO ON ... THEY SAY THEY ARE "FAITH BASED" BUT THEY ARE ALWAYS LYING AND FALSIFING DOCUMENTS ...

Plan: In this situation, two children pushed open the doors to the outside while the teacher was sitting with the group of children who were eating breakfast. The teacher saw the children exit the door and she immediately tried to stop them but couldn't reach them in time. They ran out to the playground but at no time were they out of her sight. The teacher immediately called the front desk while she was watching the children outside and the assistant director went out and retrieved the children within a matter of a few short minutes. At no time were the children out of someone's sight. We believe the teacher acted appropriately for this incident as she was trained to do. We self reported this incident. We added door alarms to every classroom door on the same day this incident occurred so that teachers are able to immediately hear any doors opening by an alarm sounding and are able to react quickly. We also conducted additional staff trainings in supervision at our 8/29 staff development day to ensure every staff member is aware of the correct procedure if this were to happen again.

The answers people ask us for most often.

How do I contact a provider I found here?

In most cases the provider’s direct number is included in their listing. When it is not, we list the number of the Child Care Licensing Program — you may call that number for more information, or search for the provider online.

Will ChildcareCenter pass a message on to a provider for me?

No. ChildcareCenter only provides information, so enrolment questions, tuition questions and job enquiries need to go to the provider directly using the contact details on their listing. We cannot forward them and we cannot share contact details a provider has not published.

I run a daycare — how do I correct or remove my listing?

Use suggest an update on your listing to correct any detail, or claim the listing to manage it yourself. If you have closed or no longer provide care, contact us and we will update the listing to show that.
