VERY DISAPPOINTED ! I planned to start my two boys this monday I had been in contact with Morgan ( Front Desk Manager ) I guess. It was a very unfortunate situation for my son we were having to pull him out of his last school because he was being bullied and the teachers could care less. So i came across legacy learning center and I spoke with Morgan a few times who gave me tuition rates which worked perfectly in our budget. Well I had my fiance' go over to pay the $100.00 deposit to reserve the boys spot and they provide us with paperwork no tuition rate sheet included nothing about deposits. I called two days ago to confirm tuition and it was TOTALLY different from what i was first quoted. I was quoted $453.30 and that changed to $473.00. I called to speak with the director Ana who didn't give a flying .... about my deposit who said all she can do is tell her team to make sure they are giving the right tuition rates! WTF ! How can you allow your team to give rates and then they aren't the correct rates! I am beyond PISSED. not only do i have to find a new school i have to pay another deposit. Ana the director didn't care all she stated is the deposit is non-refundable. Legacy Learning Center stole money, you cant give a rate then change it after the deposit is paid. Unfortunately it is family and owned and operated so they wont give me the information to get in contact with the director boss. I will keep posting reviews until my money is refunded. You can't get over on people just because your team doesn't know the school's rates. GET A GRIP!
