The teachers are great. The office staff is useless. I called in advance of sign-up for the next session to confirm space on the days we wanted to add. I was told it was all set and I just needed to turn in the paperwork before the due date and the new session (with the additional days I requested) would start on March 27th. On the first day to turn in paperwork, I called the office to double check the cost, and I was told they gave away the open spot I was already told I had. No problem solving. No alternative. No help. Just "Sorry, I don't know what to tell you." I was counting on the schedule I had confirmed with them previously. Plans were made based on their word. Now I'm left without any options.
