Bls Education Center Blue Springs

I worked here years ago and was disgusted by the way they run their business. Hand foot and mouth broke out and they allowed children who were still showing symptoms back into the facility. They were not informing any parents about the outbreak. At the time we had a 4 week old baby in our care and I was concerned he'd catch the disease for to their negligence, do I reported them to the health department. Slowly after they were set to be inspected by the health department and only then did they begin informing parents about the outbreak and making sick kids stay home. They told the employees it was a routine inspection , which i am almost certain way a lie. The director one tested a child so horrible I wanted to cry but felt like i couldn't say anything. The employees quit frequently and we're replaced with little to no training. A woman with no experience was placed in the 1 year old classroom and got irritated with the children for not remembering letters she'd taught them earlier in the week. That is an unreasonable standard for children that young and management did nothing about i t, but they did make her in charge of closing the facility. Employees were paid very little and tested value. This is a toxic daycare that cares only to make money. Do not take your children here or work for them.

We LOVE BLS!!! You would not believe the structure and focus on academics they provide. I was skeptical when searching for a day care as BLS had the lowest rates of any facility in Blue Springs. After further investigation, I learned that were committed to providing quality AFFORDABLE care for children. There is no better place to take you kiddo!
