Stepping Stones Children's Academy

Ever since new management has taken over this daycare has failed my children in many ways, 1st incident my 11 month old was found crawling in the hallway unattended teacher had no idea she was not in classroom there is a licensing report dated 01/13/17 high risk, 2nd incident my child was bit 3 times in one week and no one could tell me what happened or who did it for all 3 bites when i asked director all she said was if i didnt like it i can take my children somewhere else, 3rd incident my child finger was smashed in a closet door when i got a call from daycare they said a teacher did it and didnt notice she was behind them, when i got incident report they stated a child did it when i asked the director she said the teacher can explain to me and went to her office and slammed the door. liscening is still investigating this incident very unprofessional from the director Victoria . have reported to licsensing, i have since taken my children out of this daycare.
