I have used this provider for more then 2 years. Both of my children went there. The owner and provider of the childcare is very responsible, reliable, clean, kind harded person and I wouldn't take my children to any other provider as long as Tiny Tots daycare is still around.

Alice Wilson Tiny Tots Daycare is a wonderful place for children.My two sons loves attending.My 10yr old boy has been attending since he was 18months. My youngest who is 4yr old since he was 3 months.Alice Wilson is a great provider.She has amazing set -up to her Daycare. All children who come will enjoy the loving, comfortable and educational environment.She is very experienced with children and find creative ways to engage them in play and learning activities. She also take time to schedule trips to fun places for the kids. When it comes to Parent-Provider relationship Alice is excellent with communication.We always have conversations on how we can work together about my children needs and concerns.She is very organized and detailed about her services. Alice has provided and shown a great amount care to so many children in families for over 32 years in Oakland. Overall, I feel couldn't be any happier with her care.Alice Wilson has given great care to my children.If you are looking for childcare I say this with assurance!! Mrs Wilson is very accommodating. She drops off and picks up the kids, gives them breakfast, lunch and dinner when I had to work late. She works around my schedule. She has kept both of my kids. My oldest back when he was 4 and he is now 14, and my youngest who is 2. I knew the type of care that she provided to my 1st child and wanted that same care for my 2nd. All the kids live Mrs. Wilson. I recommend her to everyone!

Neat and clean but provider makes up all type of Holidays,emergency,and personal days off. If your schedule is strict another provider would probably be better. Save yourself some trouble now.
