Ms. Pam can be very unprofessional when it comes to handling situations according to policies she has written. She bent the policy to her liking once it showed that her reason for removal of my children was not justified. After several attempts to get a clear understanding with one ended in her hanging up the phone in my girlfriend face, and another her over talking me on the phone to the point to where I couldn’t ask clear questions. She sent a text message to let us know that the children had been removed from her daycare. I sent her a text message with one last attempt to get a understanding of why the kids were removed compared to her policy and in which my text message was left on read with no response. So please understand that if you enroll your children that the handbook/policy can be altered to Ms. Pam liking whenever she feels the need to do so.
Mrs. Pamela Jones is professional, caring, and very good with children. We are very happy with everything!
