"The worst experience I've had in my entire life" I feel like I've been a victim of robbery!

I have lived in the United States for more than 20 years and I have never had such an unpleasant experience. Parents always look for the best for our children and we always try within our possibilities to sacrifice ourselves to be able to give them the best education. So I decided to choose a school where the monthly fee is higher, thinking that the attention would be more personalized. Unfortunately, this theory is not true. Once the payment was processed the treatment of the superiors was not the same as the first time I went to give the tour and get to know the school. The first day I left my daughter at this school, I felt something was not right, so I made the decision to pick her up before the agreed time (she only attended three hours at this school). When I arrived to pick her up, my child was completely tired of crying in an inconsolable way (I did not receive a call from school to let me know that my daughter would not stop crying). They did not give her water, and did not make the attempt to give her lunch, since the food and the water in her launch bag was intact. The diaper was so full that it weighed about two pounds. Bear in mind that this was only the first day; I do not want to imagine what would happen in a week. Having signed a contract three hours earlier, they did not want to reimburse me the money I paid them and the last straw is that they also want to charge me next month. Mrs. Geraldina is the worst person I've ever met, since she is one of the sarcastic people that at the moment of receiving the payment is very kind and once the payment is processed she does not take care of anything else. I tried to reach out to the owner of the school but I never got any concise response. Ultimately, they kept the money since the only response I received was that I had signed a contract. Please, I urge all parents to take this post into consideration so you do not go through such a bad experience. In addition to keeping in mind that Tree of Life hides behind a sign of being Christians but really act as worldly people as they not only take care of our children but also steal money from people inexplicably.
