Tiny Tots And Tumblers

This is a great school; our son loves it! The teachers are kind and he's learned a lot.

The families are wonderful! The management on the other hand is extremely difficult to work for. They are very controlling of your time both inside and outside of work, you receive no benefits at all so when you do request time off, it is unpaid or denied because quote "she can do whatever she wants" she is the owner. They do appreciate their teaching staff and talk negatively behind their teachers backs to other teachers and parents and even worse, talks negatively about parents and children and says things she definitely should not to staff and others. It is like a chapter right out of the movie "mean girls" should you disagree with her. She states she values you and your family time only to turn around and expect you to work on weekends, use your own money and time to shop and purchase things for classroom. she is invested in her company and you are not but she fully expects you to put your job first and denies time off with family. Oh yes, and no breaks during the day which is against labor laws. It has potential to be great but is unfortunately run poorly.
