I have both my daughters attending Rachel Watkins Childcare and have been thoroughly impressed with the professionalism Rachel has exhibits. The environment is nurturing, consistent and genuine. Rachel is knowledgeable and my children feel safe and loved while there. I have almost 4 years experience as Rachel's client and I can say Rachel is straight forward and communicates clearly. This is not a Childcare where kids get bored or watch tv. It is educational and stimulating, it is awesome! We love Rachel and all her employees!
I would like to warn all parents that are looking to use Rachel Watkins as there child's daycare provider. After a extended amount of time we left her home, and was owed 100+ money back because I paid over $400 deposit to get my child in the door. Rachel repeadtly lied and said she mailed my owed reimbursement (the check never came). Then I said I would pick up my check at her home instead. The same day I picked up her personal check written to me, and attempted to cash it. She froze it. I am a single Mother who workers very hard, I want to make sure everyone is aware of her dishonesty, and basically burning me for money that she owes me.
