Horrible daycare. Witnessed a TEACHER grab my child by his face. Went an hour early to pick him up and caught her in the act from the parking lot. And when confronted nobody even apologized. Had to contact dcf and sherriffs office. This daycare should be closed down. Indefinitely

Today my son went to pick up my grandson who was outside in yard playing with class as my son walks out to yard he see teacher grabbing my grandson through his face,my son ask what is she doing and she was speechless. My son mention it to administration and showed no concern at all.My grandson will be starting a new Day care on Monday and my daughter in law will be consulting with a lawyer.This place"s doors should be CLOSED.

I've been in by surprise to see what's happening around 11:40 an my grandchild already put to nap ..NO LUNCH..I wish my daughter would report theses things to the coalition. WHY are they still opened?? Don't anybody care where u leave ur kids ...omg

Poor organization by the director! Keep changing the teachers throughout the day! Plus there's no type of discipline or consequences if the children are bad! Director practically lies to the parents and doesn't tell them if their children have been disruptive or not listening to their teachers! No visual stimulation for the kids!

My kids attend this school and they love it. They are always learning something new! The staff is awesome, they are so helpful and caring...you can tell when someone TRULY cares for your children. They adore my girls and are just amazing with them! Thank you to all the BBO staff for continuing to care for my stinkers!

I have had a terrible experience with this place. The teachers do not speak english; the staff is rude. Management keeps moving kids around so they can send teachers to mandatory breaks, so I found out my two year old was spending hours with the one year olds so no routine for him! They clean around kids...I mean it is the worst place ever!
