If I could give this wonderful woman a 10* I would. She showed our son so much LOVE since the moment he came into her care. So caring to not only the kids but also to the parents (making a personal connection is very important to me) She sends you photos during the day of them as well as keeps you updated on how the children are doing throughout the day. We only just recently had to pull our son out of her care due to work/travel difficulties. It truly broke our hearts to have to leave. If your looking for great care for your child in a loving environment please contact Ms. Charlene. SHE IS THE BEST
I am a new resident here in the state of Texas and I am very grateful I found this place. I absolutely love Ms. Charlene! She is awesome with my children and is very passionate about her role as a child care provider. The center is always clean, she's attentive and she also provided me with every single detail about her policies and procedures. She gave me a tour of her center and made sure I saw her licensing and required documents to be displayed, which is very very important to me! I would recommend this center to anyone that is seeking reliable, safe and exceptional child care services.
