I have had great experiences with this center. I had my children at the Military location and then transferred them to the Ingram. I live far from both centers, but my children and my husband and I, along with the in-laws have all seen the kids very happy to be there. My kids wish they could be there everyday. They are always happy people working there. I really want to thank them for helping us with our kids. This is a 10 STAR DAY CARE!!
I'd give this center 0 stars if I could. My child was at the military center and I had the worst experience there. From calling the number on the policy and it being not connected, my child being sent home without a jacket on a cold day, being sent home with the wrong jacket. Just things you wouldn't expect. Different director there every morning, so if something was wrong and you needed to call, there was 2 different numbers, which are cell phones, to call. And you wouldn't know who was at the center to call. It was horrible. Wouldn't recommend it at all.
