My kid went here for four years. We saw a decline once the owner promoted one of the teachers to become the Director. It's gone downhill since. We were in the process of looking into a new daycare and I witnessed a teacher yelling at a young kid again. I had brought up my concerns before same issue with the same teacher and it wasn't addressed. Either way I shared my concern and it was met with - well you aren't happy so you need to find a new place. Yikes! That's ok anyway because we were but no issue directly with my kiddo and were asked to move on. Felt a lot like retaliation for bringing up an issue. Parents beware.
