The Clubhouse Academy

The 2 year old classroom teachers are lazy and has no class management skills. There are 2 teachers in the class and neither can manage the class. They send the kids home with dirty faces. When my child was sent home with scratches on the face they nor the office knew what had happened. The director has no personality and is always defensive. The teacher and director targets a child once a parent complains about something. Not a good daycare, especially the 2 year old class.

This place is a joke. The director was extremely rude and talked to me like I was trash. My son would have cuts, bruises and even a BLACKEYE that could never be explained by herself or his "teacher". When I confronted her about it, she accused ME of doing it at home!! On top of that, when I pulled him out and put him in another daycare, she now refuses to give me my tax papers so that I can file my taxes! CAN ANYONE GIVE ME HER TAX ID #?? Parents: if you do send your child here, which you shouldnt, but if you do MAKE SURE YOU KEEP ALL PAYMENT RECEIPTS so that they cant tell you that you are "late and owe money".

Please do not send your children to this daycare, especially if their between 18 months and 2 years of age. The toddler teachers are lazy, they don't care about the children and it really shows. My 2 year daughter would come to front desk with an extremely dirty face, huge amounts of dried mucus all on her face and nose, when she had a little cold. She'd have bloody scratches on her face and arms that the teachers or directors couldn't explain. I had to pick her up at the desk because the director does not allow parents pass the desk for security reasons, which to me is a way to hide what goes on inside the classes. Would it be to difficult to check a ID, isn't that why there is a pick list in the application. She went there for about two months and when I told the she was going to a different daycare and that she could not start until the first day of the following month, they packed all her things and put her out the friday before and told me they filled her spot, eventhough I had already paid for the rest of month. I had such a bad experience here, my daughter is precious to me and for a daycare to treat her with such little care really hurt me. Never again will she go there!!!
