We value ourselves on cleanliness and professionalism. We work hard to make sure your experience here at Tree Top is a great one. However, we realize we will not always be the right fit for every family that's why we offer a two weeks paid trial period where doing that time if you at not satisfied with our care you can end care without being held to the contract. We know people are going to post their true experiences on here or maybe even lies, we ask that you visit our Facebook page where parents' identitiea are shown and they openly share their Tree Top experiences. Ratios for this center are never upheld. One teacher will be left alone with 15 2-4 year olds. Nutritoin standards are lied about. Your child eats frozen banquet chicen nuggets and fries 2 times a week and pretzels and water for most snacks. This center spends less than $5 per week per kid on food. They hire people off of the street without background checks to be teachers. They leave these people alone with children without the slightest amount of training. Children who exhibit violent tendencies (stabbing teachers, slamming heads in doors, mpting to kick other children in the face) are kept solely for the money and teachers are told to only report incidents if there is a mark on another child. Constant staff turnover. Every 3 months. The only person currently working there now, that was working there at the new year is the director. Your child will go through a teacher a month. They have repeatedl hired teachers that threaten or hit children, and they give these people multiple warnings before termination. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CHILDREN WITH THESE PEOPLE!

Less than acceptable care. Environment is not kept clean and staff is not well trained.
