The new bus system this year for the school is awful and I am completely traumatized. My son was missing for an hour after he was supposed to be dropped off at school by the bus. I was notified by the school but not the bus. No one has told me what happened to him or how he even got to school. I want answers. I now panic when sending him and his sister to school. I cannot believe this happened. I never even got an apology from transportation. I want to know what they did to my child! I want to know where he was and if they hurt him. As far as I'm concerned my child was taken without my knowledge or permission and I demand answers. I will seek out a lawyer if need be.
