I would not leave any stars if I did not have to. My 21 month old child was injured from falling down the stairs. She hit her head and they did not attempt to notify me for 3 1/2 hours. At which time they left a voicemail. The ER doctor said my daughter should have been taken right away but the daycare did not. They received CPS violation. The director refuses to help with any medical bills and we were lied to inregaurds to the daycare worker keeping her job.
My pediatrician recommended this facility. After a tour, I placed my child there. The directors/owners are really nice. They worked with me to give my child the best experience possible. All the teachers there are wonderful! My child loves her "daycare family." They really take the time to let the kids know they care about them.
If they had the option for no STARS I would of chose that one. This daycare left my child soaking wet in a urine filled diaper until I requested them to change him, then at this point the teacher which seemed annoyed by me asking this, proceeded to take my childs pants and pull-up off infornt of the class and two other parents. I feel this is completly unprofessional and Im sure she would not enjoy me pulling her pants down in public. I refuse to take my child back there.

About the Provider
We accept all Government programs and provide all meals and snacks. All staff must have a Background and FBI Fingerprint before employed. I have security cameras in all areas of the building. I will take time out personally to meet with anyone that is interested in enrolling or needs to discuss any childcare development issues. Initial License Date: 9/30/2005. We accept kids from after school program and getting dropped off the bus at the center if the parent is in the district. Otherwise parents are more then welcome to drop/pickup to and from school themselves.
