Country Grove's Ctr.

I just read the previous review and I just HAD to write my own. I have been sending my children to Country Grove for the past eight years - two since infancy - and I can honestly say that I could not have more respect for the owners, the staff, or the program they have in place. While upon first glance this place may unfortunately get overlooked, my children learned SO MUCH from the teachers here. The preschool program set up for four year olds is absolutely wonderful. BOTH of my daughters were reading three letter words before they went to kindergarten. Their kindergarten teachers always had positive things to say about how much my children knew and how quickly they were able to adjust to the public school routines. I owe so much to the staff there. My youngest, a boy, can be quite a challenge. He receives early intervention services and can be a difficult child to work with. I am pleased to say that the staff has gone above and beyond for him. They are caring and patient and honest and I have every confidence that only they want my child to succeed in life. Now, about Tom and Diana. I have known them for years. Diana is very sweet and kind. She is soft spoken and the kids love her. Tom, her husband, is a BUS DRIVER for children. He would never dare hurt a child. All of my children speak very highly of him and tell me how he makes them laugh. So to the person who wrote that nasty review, either you were making trouble and got what you deserved or you are just a liar. I personally believe the latter.

This place is a HORROR SHOW... Went to pick my child up from the center and as I was walking out with my 6y/o holding my hand ONE of the OWNERS Tom starting screaming and yelling at me over a 365.40 payment that I told them I had mailed earlier this week. Diana who is also a OWNER then grabbed my child and pulled her into the office as a HOSTAGE. After the door opened and Diana was going to bring my child out to me, Tom placed his hand on the back of my childs head and shoved her out of the door. This man is 6'5 approx 280 lbs and my 6y/o is about 45lbs. Tom even followed us to the car contineing to scream and carry on even calling me a child molestor...Funny being I am a highly decorated Police Officer ! All this right in front of my daughter with no regards to the child what so ever. The best part is while awaiting the arrival of the Police the Mail man comes and delivers the ck I had mailed to them. THIS PLACE IS A DISGRACE TO CHILD CARE SERVICES OF ANY KIND. MY CHILD WILL NEVER EVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE.. IF THEY WORRIED ABOUT THE CARE THEY PROVIDE AS MUCH AS THEY WORRY ABOUT GETTING IN PARENTS PERSONAL BUSINESS THEY MIGHT BE ABLE TO RUN A DECENT FACILITY MINUS THE LUNITIC OWNER TOM BEING ANY WHERE AROUND ANY OF THOSE CHILDREN
