I have toured this provider's facility, but have not used its services

I went for a walk through of this "facility" and left unimpressed and rather bothered. Both the owner and the director were extremely rude and snotty. It's basically a converted dumpy house with old toys. The kitchen was disgusting and their employees all looked like a bunch of inexperienced children.
