I met with the center director Kaitlin Cannon at the Holland-Sylvania location earlier today regarding enrolling my daughter. From the time that I entered the facility she was very rude. I could tell because I am a minority she believed I had an inability to afford tuition as was exhibited through her harsh comments and behavior. I apologized for being 10 minutes late. The entire tour she looked at her watch and rushed me. I receive state funded child care assistance and shouldn't be treated any differently than another parent that pays cash. I am very disappointed and have taken my child where she will be valued as the innocent baby that she is.
