Small World of Learning

I have used this provider for about nine months and the management and staff are both very unprofessional. I have walked in many times to pick up my child and have seen staff on their phone and not even acknowledge me, or even the children they are supposably watching. I have gone to management for a couple different problems I had regarding my child and either nothing was ever done about it, or the director was never avalible to talk to. My child has told the staff about a bully and she was ignored completely. The staff is lazy and does not do activities with the children. They yell at the kids in an excesive manner, and sit and eat while the kids need to be tended to. I would recommend using ANY other provider besides small world of learning.

Do not bring your Child here. They are unprofessional. Management gossips about staff.

I used to go to small world of learning my experience was horrible. The owners would gossip all the time to me about staff and other customers. If I would bring up a concern about my child they would brush me off and tell me a story that they would fix it but didn't . The lunches are not up to code they serve the children out of cans . All they do is watch tv and yell at the kids but it's not the teachers it's the management the director and his assistant. Which I was sketchy about their experiences as directors I'm pretty sure that the assistant is not certified as a director . If I were you I would consider another child care facility for your child unless you want yours, and your child's business spread around .
