Following my families experience with Kids Inc. Marion Iowa locations I highly recommend anyone with children enrolled here or considering Kids Inc. to obtain copies of Kids Inc. Department of Human Services Licensing and Complaint reports. The reports may be obtained by contacting Department of Human Services @ (319) 892-6800 or by following the links listed below.
CHILD CARE CENTER LICENSING REPORTS:
1. Click on the following link: https://ccmis.dhs.state.ia.us/ClientPortal/ProviderSearch.aspx\
2. Conduct a search to narrow the Child Care Center of Interest (child development homes performance reports are not available in this application)
3. After narrowing your search, click “DETAIL” (near the name of the center)
4. Click “VIEW LICSENSING REPORT.”
COMPLAINT REPORTS:

Does not communicate well. Doesn't fulfill promises made. Does not update parents of important staff changes. Often does not return phone calls or emails. Would not recommend.
