I left my 7 month old in the care of this facility for 4 hours. They did not change his diaper at all. I know this because I put a different style diaper on him than the ones they had. A staff member wrote on his chart that his wet diaper was changed , but this did not happen. I changed him before leaving the center as he was dripping wet and questioned why his chart indicated his diaper was wet but he had not been changed. I was first told that he was changed but when I explained the different style diaper the story changed to " we checked and he was dry, we wrote it down wrong." Upon questioning the administration the story again changed to "we wrote on the wrong child's chart."
I took my child home and returned to the center. I explained that I was very uncomfortable because this happened on his very first day. I was given his belongings. I requested at least a partial refund as I paid $350 to the center and due to their negligence I was not comfortable bringing my son back.
The owner refused to refund me any portion of my $350 and told me her staff was in no way negligent.
