There is zero security, anyone could walk directly into the classrooms. When this concern was brought up to the supervisor she brushed it off as if it wasn’t a true concern. They also have a Huge turnover rate with the staff and the new staff they hire in to watch your children all day have zero previous experience and or professional training. When I came to pick up my child from class, I arrived earlier than normal and my child was very upset and hyperventilating on the floor with a dirty diaper while the staff were sitting in some chairs on their phones not attending to the children's needs, when I brought this situation up to the supervisor and asked their philosophy on calming children down, she said they use the cry it out method..

Very neglectful, dismissive, and untrained staff. I would not recommend sending your child to this facility.

No security, Jeff and Sheila are never there. I was exposed to Covid in a classroom. They didn’t tell me because I was not with the child a full 2 hours. Jeff is a bully and lies. None of the money goes back into the center. So many safety hazards. Most of the teachers are good. The toddler teachers are lazy. They don’t wash out their water cups . Don’t send your kid here

I paid a registration fee back in April made sure that I had updated contact information. Time had passed and I reached out to to them first call was to state that initially when they gave me an approximate date that it was based on essential workers vouchers running out but because they had renewed them that it was undetermined when a spot would be available. So I made sure my information wasn’t updated. Called again after some time had passed and basically the contact that I had previously given them was not in fact in their system even though the call prior to that it was supposed to be documented. Basically I was out a spot and was working on a refund due to the undocumented update contact information. So after speaking with the director she agreed to doing the refund due to the situation. Well at least two months pass with back and forth phone calls about the refund me making sure the address was in fact correct and just a call back in regards to the refund multiple times that I requested a call back I didn’t even receive any calls from the facility I had to call back weeks later saying well there’s no note saying to call. Anyways fast forward and the check was supposedly sent to the address that was clarified before sending and weeks go by and nothing. Today I was told to call after 9:30am and so I did and was told she went to the back to check on it due to not knowing weather or not it had been cashed. Later I received a call from the husband of the director. He was very rude and aggressive in his manner of speaking even stated “you don’t want to mess with me” so to me that’s an indirect threat. Saying oh well policy states we don’t do refunds. Ok I get that but if I pay for spots and make sure that I’m calling to update contact information and it’s not being documented correctly how is it right not to do the refund. I was highly upset with the manner or tone and the way he spoke to me. Very unprofessional. I’m so thankful my kids didn’t get those spots because I couldn’t be happier with the daycare they are currently attending. This is a wonderful example of blessings in disguise. Sometimes we think it’s bad when things don’t go the way expected but with the way I was treated today I definitely don’t want my children to attend such a toxic environment.

No security so anyone could walk right into the daycare, they belittle people infront of other families, handle thing unprofessional!! Not clean !! My nephew stays sick

They have taken great care of my child. She has attended since she was 12 weeks old and has been in the infant room and the toddler room. The staff have became like extended family. Even teachers in other classes are always speaking and showing love to my daughter. The owner has been very helpful when needed and I have always had any/every concern taken seriously.

I used to work here they treat employees awful.
