The facility has roaches, they try to get things clean only when the state is coming to inspect and they change workers so much the kids don't know who's who. Jus NOT a place I would recommend to even my worse enemy!
This is an ok facility but the owners mother is older and she is slightly abusive to the children she is old and mean aside from this they try to get any and all money they can i would not recommend this child care provider at all they are more about money then your kids

Welcome to The Downtown Childhood Development Center, where children are supported, encouraged, and given opportunities to learn through meaningful play and hands-on experiences.
Located in Kansas City, Missouri, DCDC provides care for children ages 6 weeks through 13 years, including infant, toddler, preschool, and school-age care. Our program combines nurturing relationships with age-appropriate learning, enrichment, creative activities, and opportunities for children to build confidence, independence, and social-emotional skills.
We understand that choosing childcare is a big decision. Our goal is to provide families with a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and feel at home.
DCDC offers full-time care and accepts childcare assistance for eligible families. We welcome families to schedule a tour, meet our team, see our classrooms, and experience our center for themselves.
