I have used this provider for more than 6 months

I know anyone can have rough moments and I've tried being very understanding with Carrie, but if you want someone that has a personality of saying your child is no longer welcome when you can't get a response from them after 5 hours during normal business hours this probably isn't the daycare for you. I would highly recommend looking into different avenues.
