This daycare is in violation of its license. This daycare facility is practicing gender, and racial discrimination. The daycare is facilitating parental alienation and refusing to operate impartially, violating my civil/parental rights and violating state and federal statutes that guarantee equal protections to both parents. This facility both its manager Cindy Delassandro and its owner Denise Lang have both been advised by my attorney Harlan Wright that such actions are against the law, however both cindy and denise refuse to comply and have trespassed me from the property thus practicing discrimination against me which is also a violation of their license. They also refuse to give me their legal representation contact information and the owner denise langs contact information. she rarely visits the center and is very evasive. also under direction from ms lang, ms cindy practices blackmail and harassment against her staff for helping me as a parent which the daycare is obligated to do via reporting of abuse and my daughters progress etc. She frequently threatens her staff for having any communication with parents that are separated and non custodial.The media has contacted me for the situation in its entirety, as have officials charged with regulating this daycare for increased over site and accountability. Segregation will not be tolerated by me as a parent, nor discrimination.
