The First Step Day Care

When I first started first step it appeared to be a dream come true for me. The staff seemed nice, the facility was clean, and the owner seemed nice. My problem is with the owner. As time passed the owner became very rude, she has raised her voice at me several times saying very mean and hurtful things to me in front of the children. She closes her facility every other day for whatever reason. Overall the owner is a wolf in sheep's wool. I would not recommend anyone bring their children there and if they are there pull them out. Not to mention her prices are ridiculously sky high. Even if your children don't show up Monday through Friday you still have to pay full price if your late it's an extra $25 plus $1 a day untill it's paid. The owner is a very hurtful person and already had a bad reputation before I went, but I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt. They were all right first step daycare is no good please bypass it take your business else where!!
