They are absolutely amazing, home cooked meals every day, great with the children and always willing to chat with adults with concerns or questions
At least one extremely rude employee who seemed to not be able to handle the children. If they are that rude to a stranger on the phone for absolutely no reason, other than disturbing them by calling to ask a few questions about setting up daycare for my son, I can't imagine what happens when the kids are alone without their parents. No thank you Jack and Jill.
