This is not a place to send your kids. They do not care about your children. My three years old came home countless times with poops in her panties because she went potty by herself. On top of that my children always come home hungry. All they care about is taking the money from your account. I rated it two stars only because the place is clean. They are greedy; they give skim milk.

My child attended last summer. I called to enroll him this year after paying the registration fee for the year. He is six and last year i paid 180.00 per week. This year Angie quoted me 350 per week and will not return my registration fee. They claim to care about these kids but really dont. The staff is overwhelmed and have to work for this overbearing director, the staff seemed to made up of very young girls with little experience. The meals were the same over and over and if your child did not like it they went hungry. There was special treatment for two children, the directors. Not a good place to send kids

To say that this childcare facility is unprofessional is an UNDERSTATEMENT!!! All the things you hope for in a childcare they lack. What started out seemingly nice turned into a nightmare to say the least. Here is a list of reasons why…
• My child was sick and stayed home for almost two complete weeks until we felt it was appropriate to send him back. The doctor cleared him 5 days prior to his return and my child was refused care!!! Yet I was still forced to pay for childcare that was refused their statement was a doctor’s note wasn’t good enough! I immediately took him back to the doctor who confirmed they were wrongfully refusing care.
• My children’s father requested records of their care what all of our charges were as well as time in and out sheets. He was refused and told to subpoena her for the records. Once he followed through and did so he was banned from entering the facility to pick up or drop off our child! In addition I her biological mother was banned “Just to be fair”. Now I send my husband and my daughters step father to drop her off and he gets refused entry!!! They stated nobody is allowed to take HER to class. Yet other parents are allowed to enter besides us!
• They maintain a policy where you cannot pay them they can only take it from your bank account! DON’T DO IT!!! This is a scam they take way more than you owe and then claim it’s for all of these “extra fee’s” fundraising fee, a tumbling class fee, hygiene fee. You name it they have a “fee” for it!
• The facility also has the WORST policy on food they provide meals that containing crackers and water and a spoonful of soup they don’t like it they don’t eat! Prisoners have better meals provided to them! When I sent food to ensure my child was fed they REFUSED to allow her to eat any of it!

The Moral of this story is if you want to provide your child with care from teachers who are miserable and overwhelmed by illegal high counts against the law, as well as be treated like an inmate, all the while being overcharged then this is the place for you!!!
