I have used this provider for less than 6 months
DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN HERE!!! The "teachers" are not trained. I would not be surprised if they weren't even CPR certified. My 3 month old attended for almost two weeks and within in that small timeframe there were several incidents. On her first and third day she was sent home with someone else's pacifier that she had been sucking on all day. After the first incident I spoke with the director Monique and was assured she would handle it. I emailed her after the second incident and never received a response back.
EVERYDAY she attended my mother stopped in on her lunch and also did the afternoon pickup. She told her "teacher" several times not to swaddle her, only to find her swaddled day after day. There is a mattress in the infant room on the floor, the sheet was soiled, stained, and disgusting. My mother asked how often they cleaned and was told they do a "deep clean" once a week. She then brought the mattress to their attention and it was changed. Tuesday of the second week, my mother came to pick her up and she was in someone else's crib. Monique, who is usually never there, was in her office and my mother addressed the swaddling and crib situation. She said she "wasn't sure how that happened" and she would address it yet again.
My child was usually fed while sitting in a glider. One bottle in her mouth and another bottle in the next babies mouth. Her teacher always fed two at once, one on her lap and my child in the glider. She was rarely held or nurtured.
They leave the toddlers (1 year olds) out in the hallway in a high chair while eating with NO supervision.
80% of the staff looks between the ages of 18-20.
Today my child's pants were soaked through. My mother took her pants off and her diaper was soaked and soiled. According to her daily record she was last changed at 1:58, she was picked up at 3:45. We believe she was in the glider all day except for the few times she was changed.
Needless to say, she will not be back. I attempted to speak with her "teacher" or Monique after I got off work but neither one was there.
This place is unsanitary and very unsafe. Do not send your children there. The staff that I've dealt with is incompetent. They do not care about the children and it shows. They don't even deserve one star.
I have two girls attending little miracles and I love this center! My preschooler is learning so much everyday and actually loves going to school now. I also have one in the infant room and they are taking such good care of her! Great job little miracles staff!
The director here is very unprofessional... Kids do whatever they want without any disciplinary actions taken. I worked here for one month, decided to give my two weeks and once it was recieved I was treated very unfair. My hours were changed, my hours were lowered. I was removed from my classroom "preschool" and on various days I was told not to come in or to leave early. No materials given for curriculum, you only used what you had. Director seems very nice at first but she's very sneaky. The teacher turn over rate is very high here!
