The Madera CDC is a beautiful center that employs educated bilingual staff. All staff are qualified under Tite 22 & Title 5 requirements. I can assure you that the citation mentioned has been cleared. The center is and remains in total compliance. I wouldn't trust my children anywhere else.

Quality Children's Services is a community-based, non-profit organization specifically formed to provide quality services based on the unique needs of children and families. QCS strongly believes that regardless of socio economic status, language, or cultural background, all children and families are entitled to quality services.
All deficiences have been cleared. The Madera CDC continues to operate in compliance with Title22 and Title 5 requirements.
