Very poor experience. My child had gone to Little Big Minds for about nine months, and we had a family emergency, so we had to travel out of state. I contacted the Director of the facility, to let her know we would not have her attend in December. The school was closed for half of the month, and she'd only attend two days out of the month; so it did not make sense to spend $700 for two days of school. Unbeknownst to us, the "registration packet" that we signed, was a contract, which stated we'd have to pay regardless. So even though we had communicated with them in advance, they proceeded to charge our card $600, which was never refunded back to us. I understand it was our fault, for trusting them blindly. But the same packet also said to communicate with the Director in a special case (which it was), and eluded to the fact that they may work with us. Which we did, and they refused to. The owner, Pilar Kelly, was extremely condescending and used the "we have to staff for the full month" card, when they had practically the same amount of staff when she started school and way less kids. Not once were we asked what happened, they just cared to get paid. They constantly ask for money and donations, and the tuition is high for what other similar facilities charge. I would give them zero stars if possible.
