We are extremely disappointed in the management of this facility. We have heard terrible things about the director of this facility and experienced some awful situations ourselves. From what we have experienced, we are extremely happy with the staff but we believe there are some major concerns with the director. We recommend not using this facility. Former staff mentioned more concerns with the director to include: telling employees to lie to parents concerning a situation with a child, terrible bookkeeping practices (e.g., money missing from accounts, telling parents they owe more than they do), there is a form of a "scare tactic" in the director's office for children (e.g. Ruler/Paddle), repeatedly degrading workers and parents, AND lastly NO large number of diversity in employees and/or children. There are numerous complaints from former customers and employees concerning the director of this facility. The daycare would be a wonderful, healthy, learning environment if only the director was gone. Please trust us when we say, we DO NOT recommend this facility. It's not worth the headache and stress.
