Ardent Preschool & Daycare

I sent my son to the Trace Crossings location for fourteen months, but I have recently withdrawn him. There has been an incredible amount of turnover in the staff; three different administrators and several different teachers in the short time we have been there. I am paying more money for less qualified lead teachers. Most of them merely teenagers with no experience. I'm not sure most (new) parents realize that this place is DHR exempt, meaning the caregiver to child ratio is scary and absolutely unsafe. They have also restrained my child to a chair on two separate occasions (that I'm aware of anyway): my son was the only child in the room each time, screaming his head off, with a filthy face and soiled diaper while the "teacher" was cleaning. Sadly, this facility has become money hungry and employed by pretentious, under qualified kids that are not concerned with our children's safety and/or well-being.

I have worked at CCS for 2 years. It started off great but turned awful! You get paid barley anything (I started at 7.75) and are expected to do way to much! they leave staff all by themselves with 24 students. Not to mention the office staff picks favorite employees and PARENTS! If you are a favorite parent of theirs they will offer you better deals and will do more for you and you child. The CEO and rude and makes terrible comments to staff. Also he is very immature. I do not recommend this daycare to anyone!!! They may seem amazing but are not. Also, some teachers really need to be fired that work there. They should not be around children.
