Our 3 year old daughter attended preschool here several years ago. Almost immediately after starting here, her personality changed. She began to have anxiety related to only going to and being at preschool. After weeks of her becoming increasingly withdrawn at school, a complete personality change, I began to discuss this further with her teachers and the preschool director. I also spent some time observing. The teachers were beyond rude and judge mental. After several months with no improvement, I sat down with my daughter to talk to her about school. At age 3 1/2, my daughter said "my teachers are mean to me." My daughter demonstrated to me by grabbing my arm firmly as an example of what her teachers did to her. I completely believe my child, why would she lie? We immediately withdrew her from this school and enrolled her in a different preschool. She was afraid to go to her new school, but they allowed me to go with her and after just a few days she transitioned very well to the new school! We had such a poor experience with zero support from any staff from the school and church for that matter. I am thankful we got our daughter out when we did. She was an entirely changed person while at this school and became herself again eventually.
