I have used this provider for the past 3.5 years. I am very happy with the care they have provided my children. As with all daycares, my children do come home with bumps and bruises on occasion. However, I know that these are results of kids being kids and not a result of anything the staff does. The staff members at Villa love my children. Yes, love. Many have offered assistance outside of the center when I find myself in a bind. The director takes my concerns seriously and always takes the time to talk to me when I approach her. Not all of the staff members are overly friendly to me, but they are all very kind and caring to my children. I recommend Villa to all of my friends and coworkers.
Amazing staff and fun cozy atmosphere.
Very rude staff! They are not kind to the children and are not good in the classrooms.
