My daughter got bitten 7 times on one same occasion at this daycare. Two bites in the face and five bites on the torso. They never paid a cent for treatment. My daughter was only one year old when this happened. I would never recommend this daycare. Very irresponsible personnel. They didn’t want to give me report of the incident. Children are constantly sick and teachers can barely manage a classroom.
At first love the school... they fake like they had all these great curriculums and great learning. My son don't learn nothing here, so I put him in big school and he will attend after school there... Next thing I know he comes homes with knots on his head, make up on his face, nail polish on his hands and face ans the directors want to play the blame game instead of asking the teachers. The teachers acting like they don't know what happened. And ms.nicole supposed to be the director always like your son do everything bad and then she say if u don't like it here then take him out.. She don't deserve to be working there at all. And non of the teachers pay attention to anything that my son do ... It's like I complain and they act like they don't care. I will be reporting them to the board of childcare because this is like child neglect and managers are very unprofessional
If I could give less than a 1 star I would.....if your child is attending this daycare and they come home with a scratch bruise are bomb asked to see the video from that day in that classroom you will get the runaround and if you keep asking they will Disenroll your child and not give you paperwork for the disenrollment ..... I went a long time with my head in the sand....please don't make the same mistake....ask questions 1 why did their last facility close if they have any lawsuits pending who's my name is on the facilities doors and paperwork see if you get any answers
