I have used this provider for more than 6 months

The teachers are usually great. The director is great. But the board that actually runs the daycare is awful. The board is made up of a few parents in the daycare that are very biased towards their own children. So they make rules and regulations based upon their children's needs. Plus, the board tells the directors and teachers what to do and the board doesn't even know what the state required regulations are. The system is awful and the teachers, directors, children, and Parents (not on the board) pay for it. Until they get this mess worked out, I would not send my child here. It is a headache.
